Nice To Meet You!

Dog Lover, Photographer, Storyteller

My love for photography started in the Seattle suburbs, where my life was filled with Basset Hounds and the occasional rescue that found its way into our home.

I tried my hand at various subjects over the years—kids, families, weddings—but something was always missing. After a period of soul-searching, I had an “aha!” moment: why not focus on what I truly loved? I shifted my lens exclusively to capturing dogs, and the joy I found in those moments has transformed my life ever since.

In 2010, I took a break from the bustling life of photographing dogs to focus on being a mom. Rediscovering that creative spark hasn’t always been easy, but my passion for dog photography remains as strong as ever.

One of my most cherished muses was our Great Dane, Gracie. When she passed away in 2015, the beautiful images we captured of her became priceless memories, a way to keep her spirit close to us, alongside her “little sisters,” Maggie and Cassie.

Outside of photography, I find joy in spending time with friends, soaking up the sun, and grounding myself through daily yoga.

Thank you for joining me on this journey—it’s a privilege to share these stories with you.

Warmly,

Erin
